• Added a Rate Decision Summary section to each cart package.
• Displays the number of rates WooCommerce received for the package.
• Displays the selected WooCommerce shipping method and matched selected rate.
• Indicates whether the selected rate was auto-selected because only one rate was available or selected from multiple returned rates.
• Lists other available rates when multiple shipping rates are returned.
• Displays the rate source used by the debug plugin.

Notes

This plugin is intended as an admin-only WooCommerce shipping debug utility. Enable it when debugging shipping rates and disable it when no longer needed.
