Parinfer upgrade

In this release I have integrated official parinfer-codemirror and fixed SHIFT+ENTER regression (issue #72) in Dirac console prompt.

Rolling DevTools

Merged commits 7ecaf58...7f6bec8 from official DevTools.
Should work best with Chrome ~65.0.3283.2.
