Pretty self-explanatory, given comments in the config.yml file (Indirectly telling you to please check the file config.yml)
Some settings which are recommended to be set as per below:
plugin_enabled: true
set_on_login: true
afk_timer: 60
update_timer: 1
update_sidebar_sync_afk: true (If you are not using any placeholders for the AFK sidebar)
