Chore

  • Remove the private launch/growth runbook (docs/RUNBOOK-launch-and-growth.md) from
    version control — it is internal market-promo notes, not part of the shipped product.
    Now untracked and .gitignored (kept locally only). Dangling references in
    CLAUDE.md and the docs/TODO-* files were removed; historical CHANGELOG mentions
    are left as-is.
