• pyproject.toml: refresh the PyPI-facing description from the stale generic
  "Performance monitoring CLI tool for Apple Silicon" to match the current
  positioning already locked in for the GitHub repo description — sudoless,
  TUI + Python API, GPU/ANE/bandwidth, local-LLM profiling — so the PyPI project
  page summary is consistent with GitHub.
• docs/TODO-architecture-roadmap.md: fix a dangling reference to "the launch
  runbook's post-launch loop" (that runbook is private/local-only, removed from
  origin in v1.4.7) with a self-contained description, now that this file is
  directly linked from the README's new ## Roadmap section and read by
  external contributors.
