Issues solved

  • Single-domain or double-domain (VHVH, VLVL) AbDb files raised errors while parsing due to missing either H or L chain_labels
  • double-heavy or double-light AbDb files raised errors while searching for equivalent atoms when comparing the structure DataFrames of a pair of CDR loops, which is caused by residue identifier, e.g. L52 vs. l52. In AbDb, same chain_type are numbered using upper and lower case of the same letter.
