visualization the result of mmvec

Dear authors,

I have completely finished the analysis step according to your protocol. But I am confused how I can visualize the result without QIIME2? My QIIME virtual environment is not friendly to mmvec so I establish a separated for mmvec single. I will be much more appreciate if you could tell me how to visualize the result without QIIME2.
