b-move v1.1.0

For this version, we updated the index construction. b-move now implements two options:

• In-memory construction (of the suffix array): This method is fast but requires a significant amount of RAM.
• Prefix-free parsing based construction: This method is slower but requires much less RAM.

Note: The index must be rebuilt starting from this version.
