Breaking Changes

• [#461] Our Babel configs now enable React Compiler by default.

  To safely adopt it, host projects should remove any overrides of react-hooks ESLint rules, and ensure their code does not violate Rules of React and Rules of Hooks.

  Otherwise, they may opt-out of React Compiler in our Babel configs by setting noReactCompiler flag (mind that our Webpack configs also rely on Babel configs under the hood, thus it should be opted out there as well).

• These re-exports (from React Global State library) were renamed: getGlobalState() ⇒ useGlobalStateObject(); getSsrContext() ⇒ useSsrContext().
