AgentData connector 1.7.0 — native installers

Choose a tag to compare

@biskilled biskilled released this 11 Oct 11:49

Native installers: macOS PKG (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows MSI (x64), Linux DEB (Debian/Ubuntu-compatible x64, glibc 2.35+). Portable ZIPs remain available. Includes private per-user configuration outside installed program files, setup/configuration import menu, and optional login startup. All four native ZIPs and installed packages passed checks. Builds are manually triggered only; publication is separate. Current packages are unsigned; macOS/Windows security approval may still be required. Preserve configuration and stop the old connector before upgrading.

Includes macOS first-launch approval instructions in the bundled README. Native runtime behavior is unchanged. All four platform bundles passed native build and extracted-package checks. Current macOS packages are not Apple Developer ID signed and notarized.

Connect your machine first, then configure and test its local folder or database.

  • Machine-only setup (CONNECTOR_SETUP_ONLY=true) reports connectivity and machine details without requiring folder/database access.
  • Report operating system version alongside hostname, IP addresses and installed package path.
  • Folder browsing rejects paths and links outside the configured FILES_DIR root.
  • Complete native packages for Apple Silicon, Intel Mac, Linux x86_64 and Windows x86_64, with manifests, SHA-256 checksums and bundled prerequisites.

Keep your existing installation ID/token and local configuration when updating. Set CONNECTOR_SETUP_ONLY=false and restart after configuring local access. SQL Server requires explicit acceptance of its bundled driver license.

@biskilled biskilled released this 08 Oct 00:13

Offline connector 1.6.0

Complete native bundles for macOS ARM64, macOS Intel, Linux x86_64 and Windows x86_64.
Each ZIP includes the Python runtime, pinned dependencies, required native SQL driver payload,
license notices, installers, prerequisite checks and configuration instructions.
Customer installation does not download Python or packages.

This release adds customer-side POSIX JSON/CSV output generations. Writes require
DOCUMENT_OUTPUT_WRITE_ENABLED=true plus administrator consent for the folder in AgentData.
Windows does not advertise POSIX document output write-back.

Built from e41372eec6d6e096cb5851d9920d517a03417052; GitHub Actions run 37703395151.
All four native targets passed isolated extracted-runtime checks. macOS ARM64 was also
tested locally outside the source checkout. This does not certify customer AD/database
connectivity or extraction accuracy. Bundles are not publisher-signed/notarized.

For each platform, download the ZIP and matching .manifest.json/.sha256 files.
Verify the SHA-256 before installation. Preserve your existing .env during upgrades;
never copy an old runtime or manifest over the new installation.

v0.1 — connectors + quickstart

Choose a tag to compare

@biskilled biskilled released this 18 Jun 14:54

First public release of the AgentData public repo.

Included

  • connectors/relational/ — on-prem connector for PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and
    SQLite. Reads registered data sources (read-only) and/or writes flow staging
    databases (write/admin), reaching them locally so raw data and credentials never leave
    your network. Per-OS installers (macOS / Linux / Windows) included.
  • connectors/PROTOCOL.md — the connector ↔ backend job contract (build your own
    connector in any language).
  • QUICKSTART.md — connect a database and run your first flow.

How it connects
Outbound HTTPS poll only — no inbound port, works behind NAT/firewalls. The connector
authenticates with a one-time token (rotatable from the UI) and reports the database
engine it serves.
