TIFF header size fix + new example

This release adds a new example showing how to save a screenshot of an eink framebuffer (from my FastEPD library). Specifically how to compress a 1-bpp frame and save it as a TIFF on the micro SD card.

Initial Release

The first release of my CCITT G4 (ITU T.6) image encoder written for embedded systems. An efficient implementation designed to use a minimum of RAM and CPU cycles. Completely portable C99 code with Arduino and Linux examples.
