Fleet Runner v0.7.8

Fixes desktop agent CLI detection when Electron launches with a reduced PATH. Fleet Runner now searches common user install directories such as ~/.local/bin and ~/.nvm/versions/node/*/bin, so installed Claude/Gemini/Codex/Cursor/Grok CLIs no longer appear missing just because the desktop shell did not inherit terminal PATH.
