) A GITHUB_TOKEN merge fires no push workflows, and without a workflow_dispatch trigger the auto-merge sweep's re-arm cannot start CI either — PR #27 merged green but left main's tip with no CI run. Bumps ci.yml's node-version from 22 to 24 so CI tests on the fleet's blessed Node line, matching publish.yml which already runs 24. Verify semantics unchanged; engines still allow >= 20 for consumers.
