Replace all references to the `benbenbang` namespace with `bitbrew-dev` across workflows, scripts, and documentation to reflect the new organization ownership. * Updated reusable workflow references in `pre-commit.yml`, `prek.yml`, `semantic-release.yml`, and `self-semantic-release.yml`. * Updated container image paths in workflow definitions and build/push scripts for the pre-commit and semantic-release images. * Updated README usage examples to point to the new org's workflows. * Updated author and attribution comments in `init.sh` and `hadolint.sh`.
