There was a small typo in the bip38 specification. If I'm not totally mistaken the word should be "specified" (not specifid) Thx

@jonathancross: I was looking around a bit what sort of pull requests were open in the context of the discussions about adding BIP editors and amending the BIP process. It would be great if we could amend the process to provide an avenue for small changes that don’t affect the meaning of BIPs like this to get merged more easily. |
