Instead of failing in `fromTransaction`, TxBuilder will now only fail in `sign` if you attempt to sign a non-standard input. Transactions with non-standard inputs can only be built with buildIncomplete() (for now).
If the input is initialized, we already have the redeemScript, no need to pass it in again

Actually I'm opting towards #354 to support this to avoid breaking backwards compatibility. |

Github wouldn't let me create a pull request with just my 2 commits -- if this doesn't merge okay, maybe you can figure out how to pull in the commits.
