Changes:
- merged latest pi-gen changes
- updated blockchain to 2020-10-25
- updated wallet binaries to version 2.0 for both Pi2 and greater and Pi Zero. Reminder, no -qt wallet on the Pi Zero.
Note: the "lite" version below has both binaries and works for any Pi, but doesn't include a desktop environment (you can always install later if you wish). Use the non-lite version if you want a desktop environment, even if you only want to use the daemon.
