Summary

  • Update README, getting-started, and packaging install examples so daml.yaml components include the full Canton 3.5.2 SDK set (canton-open-source, codegen, damlc, daml-new, daml-script, upgrade-check, scribe, daml-shell) plus the DevKit OCI package.
  • Align getting-started and packaging with the README guidance to remove sdk-version when using DPM components.

Test plan

  • Confirm the three examples match and list all eight SDK packages plus DevKit
  • Spot-check that website sync still picks up docs/getting-started.md and docs/packaging.md via docs:sync / prebuild

DPM projects need the Canton 3.5.2 SDK components alongside the DevKit
OCI package; the install examples previously omitted most of them.

Exclude local *.code-workspace files from git and keep tmp/ listed with the other build/scratch ignores.
Use <your-sdk-version> in daml.yaml examples instead of a pinned
release so the install docs stay version-agnostic.
Leave the README install example pinned so readers can copy it as-is;
getting-started and packaging keep the generic placeholder.
Ignore docs/, website/, and Markdown paths on pull_request so labeled
or synchronized doc-only changes do not queue the heavy runners.
