BitFinite Core v3.0.0.2 — security hardening.

Change

• Set nMinimumChainWork and defaultAssumeValid (IBD trust anchor at buried block 2639). A syncing node now rejects any presented chain with less accumulated work, and can skip signature verification below the assume-valid block.

This is node-local sync policy, not a consensus change — fully compatible with v3.0.0.1 nodes, no reindex or coordinated upgrade needed.
