Pull Request Overview
This PR enables Dependabot grouping for both GitHub Actions and Gradle dependencies to align with the configuration used in other bitfire repositories.
- Added commit message prefix "[CI] " for GitHub Actions updates
- Configured grouping for CI actions and library dependencies to consolidate related dependency updates
