Add `JtxCollectionProvider` that manages (CRUD) the `JtxCollection` collections

Add JtxCollectionProvider that uses ContentProviderClient and manages (CRUD) the collections.
Also add basic JtxCollection as needed in CRUD operations of JtxCollectionProvider.
