The `AutoLoading` parameter in the `BitButton` component needs improvements

The AutoLoading parameter in the BitButton component needs improvements:

• should prevent raising the OnClick event while loading is active
• the component needs a new feature to disable the default prevention of the AutoLoading
• the OnClick should receive a new argument to indicate the loading state
