`BitPdfReader` component should inherit from `BitComponentBase`

The BitPdfReader component currently does not inherit from the BitComponentBase class. To ensure consistency, reusability, and maintainability of the component, it is proposed that the BitPdfReader component be updated to inherit from BitComponentBase.
