StyleSeed 4.1 makes each project contract and verification result independently checkable against the exact source and rule revisions that produced it.
What is new
- Artifact-bound project contracts — one registry tracks each artifact's compiled rules, palette, manifest, and evidence history without collapsing project-owned decisions.
- Revision-safe updates — exact core and skill revisions detect same-version drift, preserve local decisions, and recompile affected artifacts.
- Deterministic core package — the release archive contains 23 skills, its required local runtime, a byte-level inventory, and zero default MCP servers.
- Evidence-backed delivery — code, build, pixel, temporal, and acceptance evidence is bound to source bytes and recomputed instead of trusting stored pass labels.
- Optional learning boundary — local candidate preparation remains repository-only and is excluded from the default core archive and public installation path.

Benchmark boundary
The maintainer recorded BENCH_WAIVER for this release. BENCH-V2 is deferred, and this release makes no new performance, gate-effect, or superiority claim. BENCH-V1 remains historical evidence for the earlier render-score-revise principle only.
