Inline HTML examples

Allow inline HTML examples instead of having to create a standalone demo.html

• Insert @example into iframe
• Can <link> stylesheet in example
• Can import base stylesheet automatically
• Can read current LESS files automatically
• Can be configured to find base stylesheet
