transferred to new phone with pass phrase and says wallet is empty no:assignee

I am using a new phone and used my security phase to access my copay wallet on the new phone, however it is saying the wallet is empty? I have deleted the app and re-entered the phrase and still the same! How do I recover my bitcoin?
