What's Changed

• fix: robolectric jar audit — the icu= field (added in v2.8.13) grabbed the 0-byte usr/icu/ directory entry and printed a misleading icu=(0) on every android-all jar. Now skips directory entries and reports the largest icudt data file (icu=<name>(<size>), or icu=none). Diagnostic-only; never failed a build.
