fix: style GlossTerm links blue to distinguish from regular links#88

Glossary term links previously shared the same purple color as regular links, making them hard to tell apart. Uses the existing sys-info design tokens for a blue dotted underline that becomes solid on hover. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
