A second opinion on silentpayments.net's tweak-index chain.
A tweak server (the thing that watches Bitcoin for silent payments meant for you) can quietly
drop a payment and nobody would know. silentpayments.net already signs a running "receipt"
of everything it has served, so it can't rewrite its own history — but that only proves it's
consistent with itself. This package recomputes the same receipt independently, from your own
Bitcoin node, using none of the original code, and publishes its own signed copy to nostr. If
the two ever disagree, that's the proof something's wrong — for anyone, not just the two of us.
It doesn't hold money, doesn't scan for your payments, and doesn't talk to
silentpayments.net at all.

You'll need an archival Bitcoin Core node (not pruned) — StartOS will prompt you to switch if needed. First sync walks every block since silent payments went live and takes a while.
