[PM-30461] Login not accepted by android app for valid account

Steps To Reproduce

Create new bitwarden account on web, try logging into this account via android bitwarden app.
(You might need to have had a pre-existing bitwarden account in android app to get this result)

Expected Result

Acceptance of login via master password linking to account created at bitwarden.com

Actual Result

Login not accepted.

Additional Context

I previously had bitwarden app on android phone in 2023, for which I forgot my master password and can no longer access. I created a new account at bitwarden.com recently which works fine, but when trying to log into this new account on android phone it does not accept it, saying it is invalid.

I even uninstalled and reinstalled bitwarden app on phone, same result.
