fix(singbox): accept array values in transport headers

WS/HTTP/HttpUpgrade transport headers were typed as
IndexMap<String, String>, rejecting subscriptions that use
array-valued headers (e.g. Host: [example.com]).
Changed to IndexMap<String, SingleOrMultipleValue<String>>
to handle both string and array formats.
