🐛 Fixes

• Knuckle tap now works on both hands: a single touch gesture no longer toggles a finger twice (pointerdown + touchstart double-fire) — tapping the fingers on the right hand (1–9) and left hand (tens) is now consistent on touch devices

✨ New

• In-app update checker: the app compares its version against the latest GitHub release on startup, every 30 minutes, and on app resume — alerts with release notes and offers the APK download directly, with "skip this version" support and silent handling of offline/no-update states
• Settings persistence: sound mute/unmute, skin tone (with swatch highlight), narration speed and narration on/off are now remembered and restored on the next app open
