Binds libpathime v0.1.3, pinned as the libpathime submodule at this tag. This release ships no external shared library: SQLite is compiled into the win-x64 natives, and the linux-x64 natives need only the distro's sqlite3 and libuuid.

Unity: com.ben.pathime-0.1.3.tgz is the UPM package with win-x64/linux-x64 natives and dictionaries inside — GPL-3 as distributed. The NuGet packages and the demo bundle carry the same natives.
