Fixes in-cage gh auth login: Debian's gh package sends a malformed trailing-space User-Agent that the proxy's strict HTTP/2 validation rejects — replaced with the sha256-gated official gh 2.100.0 binary. Auth URLs now print instead of attempting to exec a browser (BROWSER=echo), and tjor help works without a running docker daemon (brew-test friendly).
