Fixed

Fix Cloudflare API auth handling for API token installs and email + global API key installs.
Retry Cloudflare requests with the alternate auth header format when Cloudflare returns Invalid request headers.
Fix zero-parameter abilities so {} inputs are accepted by MCP clients.
