Adds an MCP HTTP shutdown timing fallback so long-running or fatal MCP REST requests are recorded even when adapter-level observability does not fire. This gives a second signal for intermittent Cloudflare 522 diagnosis without logging request bodies, ability arguments, authentication headers, or session data.
