v0.37: MPX Prime Studio rename, MPX Prime Meter GUI, presets, RDS PIN

Ships everything since v0.35 (0.36 was never tagged; folded in here).

- Rename: the encoder is now "MPX Prime Studio" (paired with the analyzer
  "MPX Prime Meter"). Clean paths -- no migration from the old MPX Prime.
- MPX Prime Meter: full SwiftUI dashboard (scopes, MPX spectrum with band
  captions, levels + deviation meters, stereo vectorscope, RDS panel),
  MPX power (BS.412), peak-hold deviation, best stereo separation, trend
  graphs, native RTL-SDR input (FM-SDR-Tuner), packaged .app in the DMG.
- Presets (formerly "Snapshots"): save / load / import / export, active
  preset shown + persisted, names fixed.
- RDS: PS no longer force-uppercased; PIN (Group 1A block 4); LIC moved
  next to PI/ECC.
- Composite baseline recaptured (PS-case shift); all offline gates green.
