Fixed

• 再起動後、最後に開いていたRoomを表示する。一覧の読込失敗時は保存した選択を上書きせず、
  削除済み・不正なRoom IDなら存在する先頭Roomへ戻る
• バックアップ復元後も表示中のRoomが存在すれば選択を維持し、存在しなければ復元先の先頭Roomへ戻る

M.I.O. v1.0.4

M.I.O. brings Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, and Grok into a persistent Talk Room on Windows 11. Choose who receives each message in Direct mode, or let Codex coordinate one bounded round in Conductor mode. Provider CLIs and their accounts are installed and authenticated separately.

Get M.I.O.

• Recommended: Microsoft Store — free, Microsoft Store-signed package 1.0.4.0, confirmed available on September 8, 2026.
• BOOTH / itch.io — free or optional support, separate Unsigned Preview 1.0.4, released September 7. Windows SmartScreen may warn about these direct installers.
• The attached source ZIP is for developers; it is not an installer. Verify the source ZIP and manifest with SHA256SUMS.txt.

What's changed

• AI replies continue while you view another Room, with progress shown in the Room list.
• Stop also terminates Provider child processes so the Room can safely send again.
• Codex connection status reflects live replies and distinguishes first-send waiting from Ready.
• Room switching, folder selection, profile saves, and Artwork Editor closure no longer leave the app locked in the corrected failure paths.
• Late notifications no longer clear newer errors or another Room's in-progress state.
• Helper processes no longer keep M.I.O. running after the main window closes.
• The Japanese message-copy action stays on one line in the custom context menu.

Updating and source

Back up all Rooms before updating. Store and direct-install editions can retain separate histories because of Windows package data isolation; use the backup function in the edition whose history you want to keep. Updating one edition does not merge those histories.

The released application was built from fbc81b89ee64a670f13128487c06a96bfabe3238. This source publication includes later documentation updates; application code is unchanged. Earlier alpha Releases and their assets remain unchanged. See the user guide and full changelog.

M.I.O. v1.0.4を公開します。推奨の入手先は、署名済みのMicrosoft Store版 1.0.4.0です。BOOTH／itch.ioの直接配布版は、別の未署名Previewです。添付ZIPは開発者向けソースで、インストーラーではありません。

主な更新内容は、別Roomを見ている間のAI応答継続と進捗表示、停止後の安全な再送、Codexの接続表示の改善です。Room切替・フォルダ選択・プロフィール保存・Artwork Editor終了時に操作不能が残る問題や、終了後に補助プロセスが残る問題も修正しました。遅れて届く通知と、日本語のコピー操作名の折返しも改善しています。

更新前には、使用中の版から全Roomのバックアップを作成してください。Store版と直接インストール版は履歴が分かれる場合があり、更新によって自動統合されません。

M.I.O. v0.1.0-alpha.2

M.I.O. v0.1.0-alpha.2 is a source-first prerelease for evaluation and research on 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11. It is not a stable release.

Changes since alpha.1

• Fixed the Windows alpha build script so it can use cargo.exe from the standard Rustup installation directory even when the current PowerShell session has not yet refreshed PATH.
• Made the Windows alpha build and public source export scripts version-independent. They now use the version recorded in the committed manifests.
• Split the project README into an English default and a Japanese version with links between them.
• Kept the published alpha.1 Release, tag, and asset unchanged as immutable history.

The source archive was generated from the committed alpha.2 candidate, compared file-by-file with the public repository candidate, and scanned with Gitleaks 8.30.1 with no findings. The Windows alpha executable was also built from the archive contents and passed an isolated startup smoke test.

Codex workspace read/write remains disabled and fails closed because the Windows nested-junction boundary is unresolved. Codex, Gemini Antigravity, Claude Fable, and Grok remain conversation-only integrations through their respective local CLIs. Review the README and each Provider's terms, billing, and retention policies before use.

M.I.O. v0.1.0-alpha.2は、64-bit版Windows 10／11での評価・研究を目的とするsource-firstのPrereleaseです。安定版ではありません。

alpha.1からの変更

• 起動中のPowerShellへPATHがまだ反映されていなくても、Rustupの標準導入先にあるcargo.exeを使用してWindows alpha buildを実行できるようにしました。

M.I.O. (Malevolent Immortal Overdrive) の最初のsource-first公開候補です。
複数のローカルAI CLIをひとつのTalk Roomへ集め、直接会話または指揮者モードで協働させるWindows向け研究用α版です。

主な内容

• Direct modeと、Codexによる1 round・最大3 workerのConductor mode

重要な制約

• source-firstの研究用α版です。installer、コード署名、自動更新、安定版SLAはありません。
• Windows alpha.1ではworkspace read / writeを無効化し、保存済みrequestもProvider起動前に拒否します。Codexを含むProvider接続はchat-onlyです。
• Claude Web、公開Remote Relay、複数device、複数account、Windows以外の動作保証は含みません。
• ローカルCLIの利用はローカル推論を意味しません。各Providerのnetwork、規約、課金、保存方針が適用される場合があります。

Public source boundary

• 公開repositoryの履歴は、検査済みsnapshot rootとsanitized readiness記録の2 commitだけです。
• Private development history、開発計画、HANDOFF、追跡外ファイルは含みません。
• Gitleaks v8.30.1は公開2 commitをscanし、0 findingsでした。
