• lg verify-patch <file> [target] [--json]: Pre-validation of edit blocks for code replacement tools (replace_file_content). Checks uniqueness, resolves exact 1-indexed StartLine and EndLine, detects indentation/whitespace discrepancies (tabs vs spaces), auto-resolves actual file indentation, and outputs drop-in tool arguments.
• lg audit-diff [--staged] [--file <f>] [--json]: Pre-commit code sanity auditor. Scans git diff for leftover debug calls (dd, dump, ray, var_dump, console.log, debugger), temporary markers (TODO: remove), potential secrets/tokens, and runs PHP syntax validation.
• lg test-isolate <command...> [--json]: Test failure noise isolator for Pest, PHPUnit, and Python unittest. Strips 95% of framework and vendor stack traces to distill test failures into failure description, exact test location, failure assertion message, application stack frame, and snippet.
• MCP Server Expansion: Added localgrep_verify_patch, localgrep_audit_diff, and localgrep_test_isolate tools to mcp_server.py.
• Unit Test Suite: Added tests/test_phase3.py with 100% test coverage across patch verification, whitespace correction, and test isolation.
