Fixes

• Move original_branch from IMPL manifest to .polywave-state (protocol-engine drift). prepare-wave wrote operational keys into the IMPL YAML that validate rejected as V013_UNKNOWN_KEY, blocking every wave launch via the H5 hook. The recurring validate --fix workaround is no longer needed.
• close-impl now reads original_branch from .polywave-state/waveN/prepare-result.json as the primary source.
