v1.0.0 Initial release

Basically wanted shiny project badges generated from a CLI like in Golang/Rust. Hope this would be a useful addition for checking on code quality. Supports parsing SPARK level, unit tests, DO-178 DAL level and docstrings coverage.

Binary name is adacovex, crate name is covex to comply with policy.

Initial CLI scaffolding, HTTP server, mostly unix ish stdout with proper badge generation and source code parsing.
