- Add [workspace.package] (version 1.2.2, authors, repository, license, edition)
  and [workspace.dependencies] to root Cargo.toml.
- Convert member crates to inherit metadata via workspace.* fields
  (version.workspace, authors.workspace, license.workspace, repository.workspace,
  edition.workspace) and prefer workspace dependencies where applicable.
- Enhance compiler and rinklecate Cargo.toml entries (keywords, categories,
  readme) and align serde_json/rand to workspace deps.
- Update .github/workflows/publish.yml: rename job/upload artifacts from
  binkplayer -> rinklecate, change exec names, and publish crates
  bladeink, bladeink-compiler, rinklecate.
