The 15 puzzle sliding-tile minigame is now accessible. As you move the cursor over the board, the number on the highlighted tile is spoken (or "empty" for the blank space), and pressing I on the keyboard or right stick up on a controller announces the current tile's row and column.
You can now repeat the text on screen while a dialogue or message window is open: press R on the keyboard, or on a controller press Back to arm mod mode then Square (X), to hear the current page again.
New mod menu option, Beacon Destination Announcement (off by default): when on, restarting the beacon also re-speaks your current destination instead of only re-pinging.
The mod menu now opens only while you are on the field — pressing Start or F8 during battle, in a menu, or on the title screen says it is unavailable instead of opening, and the enemy HP-display setting (F5) is set from the field. The menu also now announces itself when it opens and closes, whether you use the keyboard (F8) or a controller.
The canoe no longer appears as a navigation destination when cycling entities (it is an auto-used key item, not a vehicle you board), and the directional wall tones have been retuned so the four walls now form a harmonious chord, with the left and right wall tones spread further apart in pitch so they are easier to tell apart. When two walls meet at a corner and their tones sound together, they now blend into one smooth loop instead of clicking each time the sound repeated.
When you switch entity categories while scanning the field, the mod now announces the nearest entity in the new category right away, alongside the category name, instead of only naming the category. Switching to an empty category still just names the category.
The auto-detail toggle, which reads details automatically as you browse, has moved from F4 to F7.
Item descriptions in the items menu are now read directly from the on-screen panel, so they always match what the game shows.
