BreathFlow

Guided breathwork app for iOS and Android. Custom breath timers (inhale, hold-full, exhale, hold-empty), curated presets (Wim Hof, Box, 4-7-8, Coherent, Pranayama…), progression dashboard, friends, clans, performance tests.
