The Hailo-10H is not currently supported. Frigate's Hailo detector only works with the Hailo-8 and Hailo-8L, and the Hailo-10 uses an entirely different driver. See #21667 for the main discussion and #22916 for a community attempt at support that was closed. If you're replacing a Coral, a system with an Intel iGPU/NPU running OpenVINO is a better choice, see #24152

I run Frigate on a mini N-100 both M.2 slots are occupied by SDD's so my options are limited for NPU updates . If my Coral dies, I'm SOL

Since you have the N100, you don't need anything extra, you can just use the OpenVINO detector. https://docs.frigate.video/configuration/object_detectors#openvino-detector
