After messing around with my mouse sensitivity settings, I noticed that clicking and dragging to scroll was not tracking the mouse pointer accurately. This is an attempt to fix that. Whenever you're clicking and dragging, you should find that the mouse pointer and scrollable area track each other roughly 1:1.
