Fresh flash (serial or browser): use *.factory.bin, or the
*.manifest.json with https://esphome.github.io/esp-web-tools/.
Already flashed: upload the matching *.ota.bin on the device's
own web page.

Match a controller build with the plug build of the same tier —
plain names for real use, *-simple for the teaching version.
