Version of PKGj: 0.55

I Can't install base compatibility pack or compatibility pack of Every Game in PKGJ, because of Http Error.
Message on screen " Download failure: HttpError: sceHttpCreateConnectionWithURL failed: 0x80431061 "
How can I fix it?
