v2.0.17 — Public-website UI upgrade

Six new registry pages — everything a public website carries, each in the bureau's own stock:

• about.html — the charter copy: story, zero-knowledge creed ×3, three bodies, post-office box (issues / advisories)
• features.html — Schedule A: 12 provisions (container, 111 notches, cascade, keyfiles, instant recombinate, gzip/folder, tray, timekeeper, sec-ops, themes, interop, self-host)
• faq.html — 10 questions heard at the counter, with FAQPage JSON-LD
• get.html — take-home bundle: PWA install, CLI engine, desktop box, self-host snippets
• privacy.html — Writ № 100-P (9 clauses, honest hosting-log exception)
• terms.html — Terms of counter service № 100-T (8 clauses)

Navigation

• Registry strip under the window tabs on every page: about · features · faq · ⭳ get vault100 (red CTA) · privacy · terms, with active-state stamping
• Three-column registry footer (counters / bureau / instruments) + © 2026 BlazeNXT · MIT on all 11 pages

Infra: sitemap 5→11 URLs · service-worker precaches all 11 pages · all pages get the full meta kit (canonical, OG, Twitter)

Tests: 55/55 pytest · 28/28 nav E2E · 24/24 SEO E2E · 10/10 regression E2E (headless Chromium).
