Button missing href options for navigation

Button component appears to be missing an href parameter or the documentation/demo project fails to specify how to include href for a button for navigation.

Initial idea is to introduce a

[Parameter] string? Href { get; set; }

on the component Button, and then conditionally render <a></a> when Href is not null && !Disabled, otherwise <button></button>
